ToxGenie Support: System & Software Requirements
To ensure optimal performance of the statistical engine, please verify that your workstation meets the following ToxGenie system & software requirements.

Installation Guide for Windows
STEP 1
Click the Free Trial button to download the compressed file (.zip).
STEP 2
Extract the downloaded file, run the executable (.exe) file, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Windows Defender SmartScreen Warning
Since ToxGenie is newly released, you may encounter a Windows SmartScreen warning. This is normal.
- Click ‘More info’.
- Click ‘Run anyway’ to proceed with the installation safely.
Activating Your Annual Subscription
These instructions are specifically for Windows users, so keep that in mind!
Step 1: Check Your Free Trial Status
- Before your current trial expires, please check the expiration date in the ‘About’ menu of ToxGenie to ensure uninterrupted access to your data analysis.
Step 2: Purchase Your Annual Subscription
- Click the “Subscribe Now” button. You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway (Lemon Squeezy), where you can pay via Credit Card or PayPal.
Step 3: Receive Your License Key
- Once payment is complete, a unique License Key will be sent immediately to your email inbox. This key is your official credential to activate the full version for one year.
Step 4: Activate ToxGenie
- Run the ToxGenie program on your computer.
- Select the Help tab in the top menu bar.
- Select Install License from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your License Key:
- You can manually type the key into the input field.
- Alternatively, for better accuracy, copy the key from your email and paste it directly into the field.
- Click the Submit button. ToxGenie will instantly verify your subscription and unlock all professional features.
